On the ground floor there is a living room with a wood furnace, modern kitchen leading to the spacious, roofed terrace and a separate bedroom.
There is another bedroom on the gallery as well as a space for reading and relaxing coupled with a stunning view of the Slavonian hills and a nearby lake.
There is a ground floor bathroom, equipped with a washing machine, spacious walk-in shower and a toilet.
For a pleasant stay, the guests have the following amenities available at their disposal: air conditioning, a Smart TV in the living room, wi-fi, spacious yard suitable for parking a few cars and the option of having a barbecue in the open shade of a giant walnut tree.
The house can also be used as a fisherman’s hut since it has space for cleaning and washing the catch, while the fish pond and the vacation spot SRD Londža are only a few hundred metres away from the house.
As part of the estate, there is a well-kept orchard with patches of honeyberries, blueberries and old, autochtonous fruit species. You can pick up the fruit for yourself if you come during harvest season.

We are one of only a few accommodations in Slavonia who are pet-friendly.
Pets spend their vacation at our place for free and they have a safe and completely fenced yard at their disposal along with the possibility to explore a 5000 m2 orchard on their own.
Adopted pets get their owners a 10% discount on the total bill amount (certificate of adoption or contract needed).
